Shipping Policy
We do not ship physical products for sales made on HaloBooks.co. We use Amazon to handle the printing and shipping of our paperback books. Please refer to Amazon for information on shipping time, tracking packages, lost packages, etc.

For delivery of digital files: If you complete the purchase of a printable book on HaloBooks.co, you will receive a link to access the file immediately. You will also be emailed a link to access that file. Please ensure you enter the correct email address when you checkout. If you have any trouble accessing your file after purchase, you may contact us and we'll make sure you get access to your book!
Return & Exchange Policy
For purchases of paperback books made on Amazon, please refer to their return and exchange policies, or contact their customer service agents. We cannot help you with an Amazon.com return.
For purchases of printable books (aka ebooks, digital books, or downloadable books) no refunds or exchanges are allowed.

You have a right to privacy.
Your email address, phone number, or any other personal information will not be shared with a 3rd party. In accordance with the U.S. anti-spam laws, you will always have the option to opt-out from receiving future emails or text messages.

All form submissions and credit card transactions are processed through Wix.com. Your credit card information is not shared with, nor stored by, HaloBooks.com administrators. As such, we cannot share it with any third parties, nor can we be responsible for a data breach containing your credit card information.
